Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LinkedIntel ("LinkedIntel," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LinkedIntel website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
LinkedIntel is an AI-powered B2B prospect research and outreach platform. The Prospect plan provides AI-researched prospects, ICP scoring, buying-signal detection, and personalized outreach drafts. The Authority plan includes everything in Prospect plus an AI content engine for drafting LinkedIn posts and a content calendar.
We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your plan.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@linkedintel.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Free Trial, Billing & Cancellation
Free trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Trial usage limits and features are described on our FAQ page and may change from time to time. At the end of the trial, your account is paused until you subscribe to a paid plan; your data is retained and not deleted.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, at the rates displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
No refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, including partial billing periods, downgrades, and unused portions of a billing term. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@linkedintel.io and we will review the situation, but refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you will retain access to your plan's features through the end of the billing period you already paid for. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send automated, bulk, or unsolicited messages on LinkedIn or any other platform — LinkedIntel produces drafts for manual sending only, and automating LinkedIn messaging violates LinkedIn's own Terms of Service and may result in restriction of your LinkedIn account
- Scrape, crawl, or use unauthorized automated means to extract data from LinkedIn or any third-party platform through the Service
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, spam, or deceive any individual or business
- Upload data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use section.
Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of the prospect data, notes, and other content you input into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant LinkedIntel a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you — including sending it to AI providers for research generation and to integrations you configure (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets).
You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law, including obligations you may owe to the sources of your prospect lists (e.g. CSV exports from other tools).
AI-Generated Content
Research briefs, ICP scores, outreach drafts, and LinkedIn post drafts are generated by AI and are provided as a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy. AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or statements that do not reflect reality. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to a prospect or the public.
LinkedIntel is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated output, including outreach sent, business decisions made, or content published.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms at your option, including Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Salesforce (Authority plan), and AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
You are responsible for any costs, usage limits, or obligations associated with your own API keys or third-party accounts you connect to LinkedIntel.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by LinkedIntel and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. Except for Your Content, all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKEDINTEL AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedIntel and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights (including LinkedIn's Terms of Service).
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as an email or in-app notification). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
